APPLYING TO DOMINO FOR A JOB

We recruit temporary workers… but also permanent collaborators to complete our own teams.
As our development is constant, we search for profiles corresponding to the usual jobs of our activity, whatever are your specializations or favourite regions. The mainly concerned work posts are as follows :

- Agency assistant manager : assignment including mainly the reception of candidates (on place and by phone), the preselection, updating of files, the follow-up of temporary workers, customers and the administrative management thanks to an appropriate software (contracts, work hours sheets, customers sheets, wages sheets and invoices).
Required qualities : to like commercial contact, to be quick-witted, to have rigour, to be able to simultaneously carry out several tasks, to be polyvalent, to like figures, to use diplomacy while being firm, to have a good memory and sense of organization.

- Recruitment responsible officer: this function consists mainly in searching for, evaluating, selecting, presenting, following and helping the candidates, and in a commercial assignment with the aim of studying the posts and bringing solutions for each type of needs.
Required qualities : to be quick-witted,  to have « feeling », to be strict and have a good memory, to have communication skills, to be firm, to be inclined to discover environments and posts, to be persevering, to be able to ensure fidelization.

- Consultant or Commercial assistant: this post may include all or a part of the Recruitment responsible officer tasks, but it also consists in prospecting and developing a portfolio of customers.
Required qualities: To go out in the field and to like challenges, to be quick-witted, to have a good memory, to be able to convince, to show dynamism, to be firm and obstinate.

- Agency or Department Manager: The candidates must have an experience and maturity level allowing them to carry out and/or control all the above defined tasks, plus a personal action as to the big challenges and a general coordination role as to the concerned profit center.
Required qualities: all the above mentioned qualities… !! plus management authority, to be able to synthesize as an operational manager and to transmit his own enthusiasm ...
