These are mainly :
TEMPORARY WORK ASSIGNMENTS
In the French actual context, characterized by strong rules, the temporary work agencies answer mainly to needs of replacement, recruitment (cf placement) or temporary increase of work.
DOMINO comply with these requirements through three types of services, for which the processes adapt precisely to the requirements expressed by their customers :
• Usual delegations : temporary skills selected by us for punctual assignments,
• Simplified delegations : reception and validation of job applications transmitted by your company,
• Extended delegations : search for rare profiles which may be transformed into unfixed work contracts.
Our methods are based on the control and effective realization of operations allowing to ensure a high-quality recruitment. This consists mainly in the following steps :
• Reception of the candidates
• Referencing interviews

• Use of additional tools (tests, graphology, …)

PLACING
Since the application of the BORLOO law, the temporary work agencies may place candidates in unfixed work contracts or fixed work contracts, while establishing an invoice of honoraries.
This corresponds to an historical logic, national statistics mentioning that 20% of temporary workers were already recruited by the customers after their assignments.
At DOMINO, the placing operation is very near to the extended delegation, while taking care to the wishes of the candidate after some time. All the operations are validated for a durable integration.
A study of personality is made for all the posts for which the human abilities are more important than the technical skills.
INTEGRATION OF HANDICAPPED WORKERS
DOMINO is strongly involved in their role of social solidarity through various means.
A particular attention is given to handicapped candidates, this for four reasons :
• The additional difficulties met by these persons,
• The motivations often shown by them in these circumstances,
• The compatibility of many handicaps with most of the work posts, the possibilities of adaptation on many work posts,
• The high demand of our customers, which are moreover submitted to legal requirements.

TRAINING
Independently from their specialized agency, Human & Commercial Resources (see the relevant sheet), DOMINO give their customers and interim workers the possibility of improving their skills in their own jobs.
Many conventions are established with our partners, whatever are the trainings, technical, human or simple adaptations.
As a member of PRISME (Professional Trade Union of Temporary Work) which has developed the FAFTT (Insurance Fund for the Temporary Work Training), DOMINO establish personalized dossiers connected with this organism, within the legal and conventional framework.
SAFETY
The risks taken by some of our temporary workers in various jobs lead us to concentrate our efforts on the prevention of dangerous situations.
In collaboration with our customers, we achieve efficient actions in order to inform our candidates about the characteristics of the posts and all the contexts which may be dangerous for them (by means of tests, documents, visual supports,…).
In addition to the individual protection equipment and the site preventive visits, our teams achieve the actions mentioned in our partnership charters, often included in our frame agreements.
CONSULTING
Specialized in social law, DOMINO answer all your questions relatively to the temporary work. Beyond this, we try to inform our customers about more general problems, most often concerning the management of their human resources.
