As main bastions of interim work, production sites are the most concerned by conjunctural fluctuations and economic and seasonal variations.
DOMINO started this activity only in a second time, their initial strategy being first turned to the various specialized fields of the tertiary sector.
The reasons for which DOMINO started to be interested by the production sector are of two types:
- Seeing the quality of our work in the tertiary sector, our customers in increasing number, asked us workers for production posts,
- As the DOMITIS network is more and more developing, DOMINO has been « pushed » by the great national agreements signed with the industry and Building and Public Works majors.
Nowadays, DOMINO have re-used their original methods in these activities, what allows them to provide, whatever is the concerned sector, a very personalized service and a careful follow-up in fields with a very high level of risks and needing significant volumes of workers.
